COVID-19, Weekend Edition

It is Saturday. We’ve been inside, I think, for most of the week. The temperature outside climbed just a bit over 50F and was mostly sunny. We donned our masks and ventured out into the neighborhood for a short walk. D and I took along our cameras. I hadn’t touched mine since sometime before the virus came around. D took his VTech Kiddocam (I think that’s the name of it). Sadly, he got off a couple shots and then ran out of storage.

My Thursday evening theory ended up being true. There were ambulance sirens going seemly non-stop Thursday evening (from 7pm-ish till I went to bed, 10pm-ish). The numbers presented Friday for Thursday showed a large increase in cases and hospitalizations. Friday evening the sirens were going, but not quite as often. Hopefully tonight it’ll be a calmer night for everyone.

Some photos from today. Spring has arrived. More photos here: https://www.rsb0.com/piwigo/index.php?/category/650
