This program I believe was used for Discrete Math. It calculates the decimal representation of a binary decimal number. I believe the TI-85 can do this natively, but this app was built to reduce data entry issues and reduce key presses to switch from DEC to BIN and then back. It asks for the length of the string as well which allows it to account for 0 place holders.
